Recipe number 1: Protein Packed Breakfasts approved by a nutritionist

Protein is a fantastic macronutrient that the body uses to build and repair tissues plus also assists in other body functions. Protein is also an excellent way to start your day and will help keep you fuller for longer-making it easier for you to power through your morning!

Chia Pudding
Chia seeds are already high in protein, they also contain fibre and omega 3 fatty acids. This delicious Breakfast Chia Pudding recipe also combines vanilla protein powder & berries making it taste like a delicious vanilla berry pudding

You will need:

¼ cup chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup
fresh raspberries to serve

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a jar and stir well to combine. Place the lid on and give it a shake. Set in the fridge overnight. In the morning, serve with fresh raspberries
