This varies by product — Sweet Dreams is sugar-free, while some contain sugars or gluten. Each pack lists its allergens and warnings, so please check the label for the product you're considering.

All Haircarebear and Healthcarebear gummies are made on a pectin base rather than gelatine. Some products do contain animal-derived ingredients, though — for example the marine collagen in our Collagen gummies, or vitamin D3 in some formulas — so check the individual product page if you're after a fully plant-based option.

Most can be taken any time of day. Sweet Dreams is best before bed, and energy or iron formulas suit the morning. Some are taken with food — follow the directions on the label.

Generally yes, but don't exceed the recommended daily dose of each product, and watch for overlapping ingredients (for example, biotin appears in several formulas). If you're taking other medicines or are unsure, check with your health professional.

Supplements work gradually. Many people take Haircarebear gummies daily for two to three months before judging results, and individual experiences vary. Consistency is the most important factor.

Haircarebear Hair Gummies contain biotin, zinc and B vitamins, which contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. They work best taken consistently as part of a balanced diet, and aren't a treatment for medical hair loss. Most people take them daily over several months.

Each Haircarebear gummy is formulated with premium vitamins, minerals or botanicals chosen to support a specific area of wellbeing — hair, skin, sleep, digestion, energy or general health. They're formulated for everyone aged 15 and over. They aren't suitable for children under 15, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, except under medical or dietetic supervision. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

The recommended dose for most formulas is two gummies per day — though some Healthcarebear products differ (for example, Ashwagandha is up to four for sleep support), so always check the directions on the pack.
