The next business day, however due to the delays that Australia Post are experiencing with the ongoing impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic, Express Post will still be available and will continue to be the fastest option for customers, however we cannot guarantee that it will be next business day delivery. Australia Post will also be suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund of the parcels that are delayed and because of this we will also not be refunding the postage of any Express Post parcels that do experience delays. The temporary removal of the Express Post guarantee is not intended to impact any rights that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law
