Please note: Gummies are sensitive to heat in transfer. During the summer month's you can purchase haircarebear's gummies at your local Woolworths or Coles if you live outside NSW.

Where can I buy haircarebear gummies?

Our delicious bears are available to purchase through our website, in Woolworths stores and Coles supermarkets. 

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free within Australia on orders over $80! We also offer express and international shipping at an additional cost.

How do I track my package?

After you have purchased your delicious gummies we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number.

I did not receive a shipping order or confirmation for my order?

If you have any problems with shipping or confirmation emails please contact us at to confirm the order was placed.

Make sure you check your junk folder as shipping order confirmation details may end up there!

When will my order be processed?

Orders will be processed during business hours (Monday – Friday). Orders received out of business hours will be processed the following working day. During sale period shipping times will be impacted. Your order should be shipped within one week of your order, express post orders will still be picked within 1 business day. 


Order cancellation

Cancellation of orders must be notified to haircarebear immediately. To cancel an order, you can contact 1300 476 943 or Once goods are despatched, cancellation of an order cannot be effected.


Returns Information:

The team at haircarebear hold safety and results as our top priority. All of the amazing ingredients inside each gummy are GMP approved, HACCP certified and carefully formulated to not only be safe but look and taste amazing too!

Opened or damaged bottles will not be refunded. Returns will only be processed after being inspected by the haircarebear team.

Refunds will be provided in circumstances that are seen as acceptable by haircarebear. Perceived ‘lack of results’ will not be accepted as reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
