I recently started taking berberine gummies, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. The taste is actually quite good - the original berberine is a strong, characteristic bitter taste, but these berberine gummies are the best tasty on the market. They have a nice flavour that makes it easy to take them daily.
The gummies are also soft and chewy, not hard like some vitamins I’ve had in the past, which is a huge plus for me. It feels more like a treat than a supplement, which keeps me motivated to keep taking them.

Amazing, I love these so much. They work and they do not upset my stomach at all. I have tried many other forms of Iron but the ferric pyrophosphate is the best. Great energy from these and no adverse effects. Must try!
