Eggs & Avocado on toast

You can’t go wrong with eggs! 2 eggs contain over 10g of protein! Providing a good source of protein to start your day. Add some avocado and leafy greens, you’ve got yourself a healthy balanced breakfast!

You will need
2 eggs
1-2 slices bread (toasted)

½ avocado, sliced
fresh spinach leaves

Cook eggs according to your preference (scrambled, poached or hard boiled)
lay avocado on toast along with eggs and serve with fresh spinach leaves. Add nuts and seeds for extra benefits!
