Collagen
I starting taking the Collagen Gummies for general skin care, however I got a bonus I did not expect. I have had long heavy periods constantly the past 3 years which required iron fusions and upcoming surgery. Since taking the Haircare Collagen Gummies my period has never been better. I have read there are no studies to prove the link between regulation of periods and Collagen but on doing research to see what may have been the reason for my improvement, the anecdotal evidence it out there and the studies should follow. I have my life back.
