I love these gummies and they work so well I have the best dreams after I take them. However I’m currently pregnant and I have not seen anything saying “do not take if pregnant” so my question is, is it safe to take during pregnancy?
Taste great. But did absolutely nothing. So does make a great snack. As for a sleep aid didn’t have an effect what so ever. 😭
They are so yum! Great texture compaired to other gummy vitamins ive tried. I definitely notice a difference in my sleep between when i take them or if i dont.

I waiting until I’ve had finished the bottle, taking 2 most night before bed. The texture is really nice to chew and I have come to love the taste, even though I didn’t at first. It’s herbal but really gentle and lovely and I associate it with bedtime the same way I do with my Lush Twilight Spray. I assume these do work. I think I have slightly more settled nights when I have them but, more so, the ritual of having them puts me into the mindset to go wind down and sleep - so they do have a positive effect. I have stocked up on a few bottles and I will continue to take them more regularly now I have committed to the routine. Definitely try them. If you believe they will relax you, they will have an effect.

Great tasting gummies, but had zero effect, ingredient list is closer to that of gummy candies rather than a supplement. Says it contains valerian, but I have had better relaxing sleeps drinking valerian tea. Bought at Aldi for $5, won't buy again and definitely not at full price.
