Our final recipe from our in-house nutritionist is this delicious protein packed smoothie. Protein is an excellent way to start your day and will help keep you fuller for longer-making it easier for you to power through your morning!

Protein Packed Smoothie
Super convenient and easy to make, you can customise your protein smoothie and make it as nutritionally packed as possible!

You will need:

1 scoop protein powder

1 cup milk or plant based milk

1 banana

½ cup strawberries

1 tsp honey

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a class and enjoy!
