Protein Pancakes

What’s better than pancakes? Pancakes that taste delicious and are good for you! This pancake recipe is packed with beneficial goodies as well as protein making it a perfect meal to break your fast!

You will need:
¼ cup protein powder
¼ cup oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp coconut oil (for frying)

Mix top 4 ingredients in a bowl until mixture is smooth.
add coconut oil onto a fry pan.
Spoon pancake mixture in and cook until both sides are golden. Serve with fresh fruit
